Terms and Conditions Fundraising Agreement For bikers using a Team NYP tour entry: The fundraising deadline to meet my minimum fundraising goal is Monday, March 2, 2026. If I do not raise and submit the minimum required to take this race entry, I understand that I am responsible for donating the remaining balance. All donations to Team NYP are nonrefundable. Registration Agreement The deadline for bike tour participants to register for the TD Five Boro Bike Tour is Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 5pm EST. I understand that I will have until this date to register or to drop out. I also understand that if I have not dropped out by this date, and I am on Team NYP, I will be responsible for the fundraising balance. If I move before the end of March, I will inform the Team NYP coordinators of my new address. Registration Fee/Entry Guarantee I understand that if I am selected to bike on Team NYP, I am required to pay the 2026 TD Five Boro Bike Tour registration fee. This fee is separate from Team NYP’s fundraising minimum of $500. Until I receive a Team NYP confirmation, my entry is not guaranteed. All participants are required to use the NewYork-Presbyterian fundraising platform, Classy. Bike Rental I acknowledge that if selected to join Team NYP, NewYork-Presbyterian will not provide a bike for the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to secure a bike independently. Media Release If my story is chosen, I understand that I will receive a notification from a NewYork-Presbyterian employee, will be invited to review the content before it is published, and will be asked to sign a release form. (You may revoke your consent at any time.) I grant permission to NewYork-Presbyterian to use my photo(s), story, fundraising effort, and shared marathon experience.
